Bill is currently serving as HAX Product Owner and Faculty Developer in the Office of Digital Learning (ODL). In his HAX Product Owner role, Bill coordinates the work of ODL’s web developers as they push forward a highly innovative approach to web development for our College and ODL’s partner units. In his Faculty Development role, Bill assists the efforts of C-PAD in bringing evidence-based teaching and learning practices to bear for our faculty and students. 

Bill earned his Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University and his Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Edinboro University. He is a founding member of the e-Learning Institute, having joined the College in 2005. Bill has been an Instructional Designer with the University for 27 years.
