In addition to serving as Associate Director of CPAD, Crystal Ramsay is also Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning with Technology Innovation (TLT), where she promotes and supports TLT’s efforts to advance the University’s strategic priorities around teaching and learning by leading research; supporting faculty development; connecting people, projects and services; and providing thought leadership to TLT partners within Penn State and beyond.

Broadly, Dr. Ramsay’s work sits at the intersection of pedagogy and technology. Her current interests include: modernized learning spaces, DEI in educational technology usage, immersive learning, authentic assessment, and open educational resources.

Dr. Ramsay is also affiliate faculty in the College of Education and a member of the Graduate Faculty.
