New Faculty Orientation and Mentoring Program
In collaboration with the Center for Excellence in Science Education (CESE, Eberly) new faculty in A&A and Eberly experienced a one-day workshop on teaching strategies and effective practices. This workshop featured experienced faculty from both Colleges and Dr. Mark Stevens, Director of the University Park Medical School leading teacher mask making. New A&A faculty were assigned mentors throughout the College through a development mentorship program. Additionally, Ann Clements, representing C-PAD, was featured on a panel for the University-wide new faculty orientation.
