Teaching Effectiveness & Evaluation Taskforce (TEEA – in coordination with the A&A Faculty Council)
At the request of the Dean, C-PAD assembled a series of working groups to target issues raised by the A&A faculty Council. One of these categories was to investigate the status of peer evaluation of teaching and to determine some recommendations about its use in the College. The approach the working group engaged was to survey current practices, offer some resources, pilot alternative observation practices, and make some recommendations for moving forward.
